- We only accept PayPal for payments.
- All sales or transactions are final and cannot be changed or cancelled if payment has been made.
- All orders will be processed and shipped via SingPost Registered Mail after payment is received.
- For local orders, there will be a Standard Shipping (by SingPost Registered Mail) – S$4.00 (flat fee) for shipping in Singapore.
- For international orders, there will be an International Shipping (by SingPost Registered Mail) – S$10.00 (flat fee) added to the orders.
- Every item in the store is made to order and hand-made. Please allow for 7 to 14 working days for processing orders after confirmation of order. If you require an order urgently, do contact us prior making an order.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
- A re-delivery fee will be imposed if a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to pick up the package from the post office.
- Please contact us if you require an order to be delivered urgently within Singapore. Courier delivery fee applies.
- Do keep your products in a clean and dry place to minimise tarnishing of the metal parts.
- Avoid contact with water and wearing perfume around any area where your jewellery may rest.
- As our products are handmade, do allow for slight variations between yours and the product photos. The colour of the products may also differ due to lighting and colour calibration of your viewing screen.
- All measurements are approximate as they are individually hand-made to order.
