Pandan Cake Charm
Pandan cake is a light, fluffy and moist chiffon cake, flavoured by coconut milk and green coloured juice extracted from pandan leaves.
We remember this fragrant and distinctly green cake from our childhood, where mama will place them over a tray of water, keeping the ants away. Although we find it one of the most difficult cake to master, we still love baking this cake and watching it rise high and mighty as much as we love eating it.
In April 2017, the pandan cake was named Singapore’s national cake, much to our delight!
Every miniature Pandan Cake is individually hand sculpted and carefully crafted to its finest details.
Each Pandan Cake measures 1.1cm in height and is made of polymer clay, attached to an eye pin.
